Nicole “Nikki” Elliott has built a career out of making life easier, more efficient, and a lot less chaotic. As the founder of NikNacks, she specializes in high-end concierge services, household management, and event planning, tackling everything from luxury travel coordination to large-scale home renovations. With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for solving problems in a pinch, Nikki has a way of turning overwhelming projects into manageable experiences.

With over 14 years in the domestic staffing industry, Nicole has worn many hats—household manager, personal assistant, nanny, caregiver and private chef —gaining firsthand experience in the unique dynamics of private homes. Through working with families of all sizes and lifestyles, she discovered her passion for household management and personalized service. Each home presents its own rhythm, challenges, and expectations, whether it’s navigating the complexities of a fully staffed estate, overseeing renovations, or coordinating daily operations. Her ability to anticipate needs and streamline processes brings sense of order to even the most fast-paced households.

Nikki has extensive experience working with children who have special needs and medical conditions, offering compassionate and knowledgeable support to families navigating some of their most challenging times. She has spent years assisting families in managing complex care routines, behavioral strategies, and educational accommodations. With a background in Child Development, Special Education, and currently completing a degree in Psychology at Lesley University, she blends practical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior, making her uniquely skilled at anticipating her clients’ needs before they even ask.

A passionate home chef, Nikki discovered her love for cooking at a young age, but it was her travels across more than 40 countries that truly deepened her appreciation for global cuisine. From perfecting pasta in Italy to mastering spice blends in Nepal, she has taken classes and workshops around the world, transforming her passion into a side gig as a private chef. Whether she’s catering intimate dinner parties, planning elaborate events, or curating personalized meal plans, food has become one of the many ways she brings people together.

Beyond logistics and organization, Nicole thrives on creating experiences—whether it's finding the impossible-to-source ingredient, managing a multimillion-dollar home project, or ensuring every detail of an event is just right. With NikNacks, she blends creativity, expertise, and a touch of magic to help clients enjoy life with less stress and more joy.
